房間不大，設施很齊全，水可直飲，床很舒適，沒有什麼景觀，有提供燒水壺。前台小哥Alex居然中文説的極好，原來曾經在上海當過交換生，給我們介紹了很棒的餐廳。酒店位置優越。總體體驗挺好。

離火車站非常近，和ibis 以及另一家酒店在一棟樓，招牌非常明顯。服務衞生設施各方面都特別棒。就是房間不送免費飲用水🤷♀️，不知道是不是德國酒店都這樣。另外，因為收到酒店訊息，為了方便先做了網上check in，但到達後還是做了常規人工辦理，不明白網上check in 的意義在哪裡🤔

Hotel is at the same building with ibis and another hotel. The room we booked is comfort twin. Spacious one but the two beds is transformed from a double bed. After transformation, the two beds are close to each other with only 5 inches at the middle. And mattress falls at the long side if you try to move the beds a bit further away from each other. Called room service to help but not much can be done. It is either falling at the side or being close.

The hotel is very convinient located about 5 minutes walking from the central main train station in Berlin. Follow the signs to exit "Europaplatz". You can already see a large square building with 3 hotel names on it, one is the Amano Grand hotel. So cross the "Invalidenstrasse" at the right side traffic light (straight from the exit of the train station) turn right, and the hotel entrance is on the right side of that building, from the "Heidestraße". You will be greated by friendly staff with gas check in services. The room is comfortable and clean. We had one facing the train station but it still was quite. It appears there is a fancy roof top bar on the top of the (not very high, if I remember it correctly 8 floor) building. But going to our room we shared the elevator with some people being quite excited to get into that bar. 😊 As we had to catch a train very early the next morning, we had no time to check it out.

Location is fabulous, just a few metres away from the underground S5 station which also connects with the Hbf. Hotel is pretty. Great sleep cos pillows are comfy ! But ! The room is pretty but not functional. The bottles holding soap - pumps dont work. Not just in my room but in 2 other rooms we booked. The water basin area - when you wash your face, it runs over. The force of water from the tap is so big, need to be very careful. Design fault. My sister had a lower category room on the 1st floor, its pretty but again, not functional. The glass shower in the middle of the room leaks water out and she needed to cover the whole area with towels to prevent flooding. The water basin is so small, when she washes her face, she has to control water force otherwise it spills over the place. Design fault.

Отличный отель, достоин 4 звезд. Расположен около центрального ЖД вокзала. В номере очень чисто, кровать удобная, кондиционирование тихое. Можно взять велосипед напрокат.

This is a really nice hotel. It is in a great location, across the street from the central railway station. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre of Berlin. There are two restaurants beside the hotel plus you have all the shops in the station. The room in the hotel is very stylish, you will love it 😀.

여기 위치는 좋아요 중앙역 앞이라 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있어요 다만 친구들이랑 가기엔 좀... 왜냐하면 샤워실이 투명하거든요 하하 방에 거울도 넘 많아서 당황스러웠어요. 그리고 수압도 넘 세고, 호텔인데 무료 물과, 전기포트도 없어요 살짝 아쉽네요
